There is a variety of bus stations around Ho Chi Minh City.

There are bus services from the bus station to destinations north of HCM City such as Buon Ma Thuot (8 hours), Da Nang (24 hours), Da Lat (7 hours), Hai Phong (43 hours), Nha Trang (8 hours), Ha Noi (36-40 hours), Hue (25 hours), Phan Thiet (4 hours), Pleiku (13 hours), Vung Tau (2h30'), Vinh (31 hours), Quang Ngai (20 hours), Quy Nhon (16 hours), Nam Dinh (38 hours) and Tuy Hoa (12 hours).
Most buses leave daily from 5am to 5.30pm.

City bus

At present, there are over 120 bus routes. Fare cost: VND3,000-5,000. Operation hours: 5am-21pm everyday.

The hydrofoil route from Bach Dang Port (1A Ham Nghi St., Dist. 1) to Vung Tau City (and vice versa) - Operation hours: hourly trips from 6am to 4.30pm (weekdays), from 6 am to 5pm (Saturday & Sunday).
